Co-reflection and external peer supervision

Co-reflection is a process informed by the IPS framework (the work of Shery Mead) involving the process of learning, practicing and reflecting together.

Lisa is a rare find. She is an exceptional facilitator with a manner that immediately puts people at ease. Having worked in a number of countries, she clearly shows her adaptability and flexibility to work in a range of environments with people from many cultural backgrounds. Lisa's skills related to the mental health sector are world renown and I highly recommend her; not only as a great facilitator, supervisor and consultant but as a human being.

Lisa provided contract work for our Peer Mental Health Support service. Over a number of months she assisted with writing Requests For Proposal, staff training, policy review and updating and management support. In all these tasks we found Lisa to be organised, knowledgeable, punctual and flexible to our needs. I would highly recommend Lisa for future work.

Working to Recovery
I have worked with Lisa for several years on leading edge mental health and addictions peer projects. She has been my trainer in Intentional Peer Support. She has also been a key part of the peer reference team for my organisation. Her breadth of knowledge, her clear sense of purpose, her vision of hope for people with lived experience and the changes she has brought to the mental health and addictions sector particularly in the lives of young people have been second to none.
