Co-reflection

Co-reflection

Co-reflection is a process that we can use to help each other reflect on our lives, together.

Working Together

Co-reflection is about creating expertise together through a process of learning, practicing and reflection.

Co-reflection is designed to model a peer support relationship so that we are practicing the same principles at all levels of our relationships.

Working as Equals

Working with people who have complex lives and experiences can be rewarding, yet tricky.

At times, you may feel lost or frustrated.  It’s easy to find yourself trapped in the role of helper or rescuer, unsure how to move forward!

Having a “co-reflector” or external peer supervisor or mentor to talk to about how to navigate through these challenges can be invaluable.
